1) Business Development Manager (Web services)
   Primary Job Functions: 
    •  Creating a Prospect, develop, up-sell, cross-sell and generate new business opportunities 
       for Software Solutions in the assigned accounts / territory.
    •  Manage the overall sales process, from qualification through closing.
    •  Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.
    •  Work as the overlay product/techno-commercial expert in the respective specialization of the SBU.
    •  Build credibility of the organization with the customers for WIS's Services in the specific SBU.
    •  Understand and articulate the company's value proposition in the specific SBU.
    •  Ability to use CRM to manage opportunities and leads.
    •  Keywords: Sales, Business Development, Technical Sales, Pre - sales, Security, 
       Networking, Virtualization 

   Desired Candidate Profile
    •  SELF-STARTER, HUNTER a MUST
    •  Experience of IT sales in Local market.
    •  5+ years of IT sales experience to corporate customers preferably having experience in selling 
       software solutions like Automated Testing, Virtualization, Messaging and collaboration, 
       Database management, Security, Data Centre, Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity, etc.
    •  An MBA is a must. BE/MCA/MCS/BTech. preffered
    •  Good written and oral communication skills.

2) ASP.NET Developer
    •  Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
    •  3 – 4 years experience.
    •  Proficient in ASP.NET, C#.
    •  Good understanding and hands on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript,AJAX, jQuery, etc.
    •  SQL, TSQL, and Stored Procedures
    •  Must have good communication skills.
    •  Experience with Software as a Service products is a big plus.
    
3) .NET Team Lead
    •  Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
    •  Should have prior experience of leading a team.
    •  6+ years experience
    •  Highly Proficient in ASP.NET, C#, WPF, WCF, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, etc.
    •  SQL, TSQL, and Stored Procedures.
    •  Must have good communication skills.

4) PHP Developer
    •  Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
    •  2 – 3 Years Experience.
    •  Expert in atleast one CMS or E-commerce (Joomla, Word Press, Drupal, Opencart, 
       OS-commerce, Mangento, etc)
    •  Good understanding and hands on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript,AJAX, jQuery, etc.
    •  Good knowledge of core php and framework will be beneficial.
    •  Good communication and written skills
